From Sketch To Life

Step 1. Timber Process
Just the best timber are been selected according to their sizes. After selecting these logs, send them to the sawmill and cut them to plank according to their girth.
Once the timber is sawn to the necessary size’s, send to the boron treatment and put in the timber seasoning kiln drying procedure to diminish the dampness content between 12% to 15% each plank
Step 2. Timber Stores
This section is the Storage of wooden shoots. All wooden shoots are stored in this unit according to the sizes and qualities, for the convenience of selecting the next unit.
Step 3. Machine Section
Through this unit the timber will slice as per the design of furniture which is expected to make
Step 4. Carpentry Section
Craftsmen are engaging in the full time Carpentry process includes with machinery and traditional carpentry method, in order to produce excellent quality furniture throughout this section and finally will manufacture the master product.
Step 5. Sanding Section
Under this unit all the manufactured timber will smoothed up and prepare for the finishing section.
Step 6. Finishing section
In the finishing section, for the best finishing of our products we use polyurethane (PU) lacquer and makes the final product to have a rich look of quality.
Step 7. Upholstery
We always use High quality material to guard our standards through years and we are very flexible to work according to customer’s state, and desires in this unit.
